This is, without a doubt, my most desired KitchenAid pasta attachment. If you like to make fresh new pasta, these pasta rollers are really worth the money. The attachment is incredibly nicely produced (Made in Italy). The KitchenAid pasta attachment attaches, detaches and washes up quickly, and most importantly, it functions very well.

I have been making fresh pasta for a long time and I have used a number of different procedures. The KitchenAid pasta attachment is the very best that I have used. It is quick and effortless and clean-up is a breeze (a cleaning brush is included). The paperwork that comes with the KitchenAid pasta attachment is very clear and easy to understand. I've always loved the quality and texture of fresh pasta, but had never actually tried producing it until a friend  encouraged me to buy KitchenAid pasta attachment. It could not be easier to use, and the pasta it makes is amazing.

The KitchenAid pasta attachment functions in the exact same method as a manual pasta unit. You pass the dough through the roller set until the desired thickness is accomplished. And then you pass the strips of dough through cutters for either fettuccine or angel hair. There is no more hand cranking or looking for something to secure the unit to.

If you are looking for a pasta addition for your Kitchen-Aid mixer the KitchenAid pasta attachment is the one to purchase. I am really satisfied with the ease and results. In general, I've beenvery happy with the KitchenAid Pasta Roller/Cutter attachments, and would recommend the set to any person. A fantastic product!
